Over the Oxer Equestrian is based at Senator Bell Farm in Chester, NH.

Highlights:

- 24 (12x12) stalls with rubber mat floors

- Attached 70x160 indoor arena with overhead watering system

- 4 outdoor rings with sprinkler watering system

- Large field with access to trails

- All day turnout (solo, pairs or small groups)

- Heated tack room with bathroom and viewing area for indoor arena

- Full hay loft with storage room for tack trunks

- Wall boxes and blanket bars mounted on each stall

- Two outside wash stalls

- Fire/sprinkler and security alarm systems

- Hay fed generously

- Grain fed 2-3 times daily depending on horses needs

- Knowledgeable staff

- Daily night check
